The product is unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.
If the product is defective (e.g., damaged or stained), please provide photographic evidence of the issue.
4. Conditions for Exchanges
Exchanges are applicable in the following cases:

Quality issues with the product, such as damage, stains, or other defects.
Note: All exchanged products must remain unused, with original tags and packaging.
